Katie Yoder was born and raised in Bremen, Georgia. She served five years on Active Duty, as a Hospital Corpsman, in the United States Navy. After completing a deployment to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Katie continued serving with the Marine Corps' Reserve Light-Attack Helicopter Squadron HMLA 773 while attending Georgia State University. After graduating with Honors, Katie attended Albany Law School where she served as President of the Student Alumni Veterans Association and as Secretary of Phi Alpha Delta's Rockefeller Chapter. Katie was admitted to the State Bar of Alabama in 2019, and continues to represent client's in their criminal defense and family law matters.
